Reason and Resolution for Windows Live Server Error 3219

Windows Live Mail (WLM) error 3219 bothers the users that have configured the settings for connecting and syncing mail using HTTP links. When you get this error you won’t be able to connect WLM with Hotmail, Outlook or MSN. This problem mostly occurs when there is an update on the server or the server is jammed. Basically the best solution for this issue would be configuring the account as an IMAP or POP account and that is exactly we are going to do here but for that first you need to delete your existing account and then re-add it as IMAP (recommended) or POP account. If you are having difficulty in deleting your account please dial Windows Mail Contact Number +1-866-569-8043 for help.

• Click on Account tab and then click the +symbol with @sign.

• After that type your email address, password and display name and place a checkmark on “manually configure server setting”.

• Then under “Incoming Server information” select your server choice, here we are choosing IMAP.
• In server address field type “Outlook.office365.com”.

• In the port field type 993 and place a checkmark on “Requires a Secure connection SSL”.

• Then under “Outgoing Server Information” type “smtp-mail.outlook.com” in the server address.

• In the port type 587 and check mark both the fields “requires a secure connection SSL” and “Requires Authentication”.

• Click Next.

That’s it! You have reconfigured your account and you can now use it. Although, if you want to go for POP account settings then you can take help from experts who are available at Windows Mail Phone Number +1-866-569-8043 to guide you proper steps.
